How long does the delivery take?

At Pussyfoot, we do our best to ensure that you receive your order as swiftly as possible. The timeframe for Australian deliveries is between 3 – 7 days with International deliveries up to 14 days. Please note that all timeframes are an estimate and are dependant on Australia Post and your location. Delivery times during the Christmas pre season may be longer than usual.

What is the Shipping Cost?

Shipping is free for all orders with a value of $40.00 or more. If your order is less than $40.00 a fixed shipping fee of $5.00 will be added to your order if within Australia. All international deliveries will be quoted individually as pricing is dependant on destination.

How can I track my Sock Order?

All parcels received require a signature upon delivery. If there is no authorized person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel then the delivery driver will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to the nearest Australia Post office for you to collect at your convenience. You can track the progress of your parcel by logging onto http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html and entering the shipping number sent to you.

I’ve made a mistake with my order, how can I fix it?

Please contact us on 03 9738 1385 or email info at info@pussyfootsocks.com and we will do our best to assist by intercepting or amending your order. Regrettably, if your order has already been dispatched you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Are all products on the website in stock?

All products displayed on the website are in stock. In the case of a discrepancy between our website and our inventory you will be notified vie email and receive an alternative option or refund. .

Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Direct Deposit as payment options.

Can I return or exchange the products I have ordered?

You have the right to exchange or return all products you have bought from Pussyfoot Socks for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. All products have to be unused with labels, packaging intact and be accompanied by proof of purchase. When you return or exchange any product, you are responsible for the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, please allow up to 5 working days to process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. All items returned must include a brief explanatory note, which includes your details, order number, and reason for return/exchange.

What happens if I receive an incorrect order or my parcel is damaged?

If you receive an incorrect order or a delivery, which is, damaged please contact us through our contact us form and we will ensure the problem is corrected immediately. Please remember to state your order number and we will organise a replacement or refund.

How do I ensure my Pussyfoot Socks go the Distance?

Pussyfoot Socks are made from highest quality yarns we can source ensuring durability. The care and handling your socks receive will ensure their longevity. Please ensure you take the time time to carefully remove the thread holding the header card in place and do not cut it, as this will cause damage to your socks. We recommend turning the socks inside out when washing and avoid bleaching, tumble drying and ironing.
