Wrong picking

I refer to order PFS 4518. The socks were great and as ordered, Unfortunately the under pants were delivered in the wrong small size and were unwearable. I had ordered large. I have emailed you twice but have had no reply at all. I have no wish, at all, to bag you on line so do not post this. I guess some picking errors are unavoidable. Cheers Tim
